Why are there so many names on the cover?
The Home to Heritage series is published by Sunrise publications who publishing model is to take familiar names and pair them with less familiar names to help them get traction in the reading world. It is fairly common these days in the industry as a whole and has sort of replaced the old "endorsement" idea. The name IS the endorsement. And the endorsing quote if there is one, is just backing up their love of the book. In a world of few "brick and mortar" stores, marketing is so hard, and shelf space is near impossible. A strong name on the cover allows for more marketing opportunities with large companies like Amazon.
